Vous vous rendrez sur l\u2019\u00eele sauvage de <strong>Santo Antao<\/strong>, endroit parfait pour le trail qui vous offrira une course authentique au c\u0153ur d&rsquo;une nature brute et pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e. Puis, vous d\u00e9couvrirez <strong>Sao Vicente<\/strong>, pendant une \u00e9tape \u00e0 travers laquelle vous courrez entre les oasis, les villages et le bord de mer avant de rejoindre le volcan Viana.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Un programme sportif vari\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au programme de ce nouveau s\u00e9jour, <strong>5 \u00e9tapes avec 2 parcours :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le court : 55KM avec 2500D+ 3000D- (accessible en marche ou en course),<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Le long : 98 KM avec 4300D+ 6200D- (accessible uniquement en course).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces parcours, trac\u00e9s entre oc\u00e9an et montagnes, vous feront d\u00e9couvrir une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de paysages et une culture aux influences diverses. Vous aurez l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre au bout du monde une fois arriv\u00e9s dans la montagne, contrastant avec le dynamisme de la ville de Mindelo rythm\u00e9e par la musique locale. Un voyage haut en couleurs qui reprend les ingr\u00e9dients de nos autres s\u00e9jours trail : course le matin et tourisme l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/p>\n<p>Le Cabo Verde Ribeira Trail, est un
